1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the h88 platform at h88.onl (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "You") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the h88 Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the h88 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted).

• You must not already hold an active h88 account. Each individual may register only one account. Duplicate registrations are prohibited.

h88 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not satisfied or where h88 has reason to believe the information provided is inaccurate or fraudulent.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h88 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify h88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Log out from your account after each session, particularly when using a shared device.

h88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activities conducted using your account credentials are your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

h88 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Additional methods may be added or removed at h88's discretion.

• All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method.
• h88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• h88 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or mobile wallet service interruptions.

5. Withdrawals and KYC Verification

All Players must complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued photographic identification. h88 may request additional documentation at any time.

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.
• h88 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to large withdrawals or where suspicious activity is detected.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed fastest; bank transfers may take longer depending on banking hours.
• h88 reserves the right to withhold or reverse withdrawals where fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.
• Winnings arising from wagers placed with funds that violate these Terms (including bonus abuse) may be voided.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All sports bets placed on h88 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the betting interface. By placing a bet you confirm you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless h88 specifically provides a cash-out or bet cancellation function for that market.
• In the event of a technical error or obvious pricing error, h88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of the round already in progress will stand where the result has been determined by the dealer.
• Slot games are governed by their respective paytable and rules, accessible within each game. RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee returns in any individual session.

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.

h88 reserves the right to terminate any account engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit associated balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the h88 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, text, images, graphics, logos, game assets, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of h88 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from h88.

10. Privacy and Data

h88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the h88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. h88 processes data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and improving the Platform experience.

11. Responsible Gaming

Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect Platform availability. h88 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption.

h88's total liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Amendments to These Terms

h88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, h88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via account notification or email.

14. Governing Law and Disputes
